All withdrawal requests are processed according to the following schedule -
Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) - 9:00am and 4:00pm Melbourne time.
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays - 11am Melbourne time.
It may take up to two hours to complete processing of withdrawals from these times.
Most funds will appear in your nominated bank account that evening or the next business day but allow 48 hours for the funds to appear.
